1.How do I buy an ebook from The Digital Shelf?

It's really easy! Just follow these steps:

Browse our shop and choose the ebook you want to buy.
Add it to your shopping basket.
Go to the checkout and enter your payment details.
Once your purchase has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to download your ebook immediately.

2. How do I download an ebook after purchase?

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link. Simply click on the link to download your ebook directly to your device.

3. Can I read my ebooks on several devices?

Yes, as long as you have the ebook file on each device, you can read your books on any device compatible with the chosen format. If you have problems reading on a specific device, please contact us for assistance.

4. What do I do if I lose the download email?

Don't panic! If you've lost the email containing the download link, contact us at thedigitalshelf@outlook.fr. We'll be happy to resend you the link so that you can download your ebook again.

5. Are The Digital Shelf ebooks available in several languages?

Currently, the majority of our ebooks are in English. However, we are continually working to add new books in other languages. Stay tuned for our new releases!

6. Can I get a refund if I don't like the ebook?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the download is complete. However, if you have a technical problem with an ebook file or if it is faulty, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution.

7. How can I contact customer support?

8. Do you offer promotions or discounts?

Yes, we have regular promotions and special offers. To make sure you don't miss out, subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on our social networks. We often send discount codes to our subscribers!

9. Can I give an ebook as a gift?

We don't currently offer a gift card system directly on The Digital Shelf, but you can always buy an ebook and transfer the file to the person of your choice. You can also give an ebook as a gift by sending the download link to a friend or family member.

10. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), PayPal and other secure options available at the time of ordering.

11. How can I track my order?
